Did you know your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can help you provide support for an older loved one?

Because it might not always be obvious when an elder family member requires care assistance, or what kind of care is most appropriate, families can benefit from the Care Coach supprt provided by a professional Geriatric Care Manager (GCM). The GCM can work with the primary caregiver, or all interested family members over the phone to assess the elder's needs, discuss care scenarios as a group, and establish a care plan agreeable to everyone.
